About

Penciled (W24) is an AI front office assistant for physical therapy. Penciled's AI assistant schedules out plans of care, sends reminders and processes last-minute cancellations, and fills openings with an automated waitlist. Penciled books thousands of appointments for physical therapists each month and integrates directly into EHRs like WebPT.
